Tom is an accomplished and well-respected leader in fixed income product strategy and management, with over 30 years of experience building successful businesses at some of the world’s largest asset managers. In his roles as the Global Head of Fixed Income Investment Strategists at State Street Global Advisors, the North American Head of Product at Standard Life Investments / Aberdeen and as the Head of the US Fixed Income Product Management team at Wellington Management, Tom collaborated with investment, distribution and marketing teams to develop client-centric, solutions-oriented investment strategies supported by high quality content, messaging and materials.

Tom earned a BS in Finance with Honors from Syracuse University and an MBA in Finance with Distinction and a Fixed Income concentration from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Tom provides strategic consulting advice to Eastern Massachusetts non-profit organizations as a pro-bono Consultant with SOAR Management Consulting. He is an active board member with several Cape Cod-based environmental organizations.
